Birthday Eve...

Today is the day before Gigi will be one. It is her birthday eve. I cannot stop thinking about where I was this day last year. When we did not even know her, had never even seen her, or even knew how she would change this family. I did not even know on Oct 22 of last year that her birthday would be the very next day. God is so good, no great. His timing is perfect and his love and blessings are unmeasurable. He has blessed us with the perfect gift of Gigi. She has changed this family. She has made us parents to a daughter, given Parker a sister and enriched our lives with her sassy and happy little life over the past year. It is hard to think of all the wonderful and trying times over the past year that we have encountered, but all of them are special and cherished moments that we will think of as we celebrate her FIRST birthday!!! To Gigi- thank you for the best year of our lives because God gave us you a year ago. You are a very loved little girl and are changing into a beautiful and cute little lady. You charm us with you adorable little looks and make us smile as we look at your happy grin. Thank you for being our sweet daughter and for blessing this family by your life. We pray that God will bless you and our family with many more wonderful years celebrating you on October 23!!!
